Have you ever thought that you can edit windows application?
If yes or no, now you can edit 99% of any windows application
See the picture above i decompiled(edited) "Winrar"
NB: This application cannot edit fully every resource or application.
Example: application that use external(server) resources, Bots created with c# or vb.
However, those application can be changed their icons, versions, informations and manifests.
